The Cambridge English Proficiency is the highest level exam for English language learning, at CEFR C2 level. It is recognised by all British universities as proof of the language ability needed to study in English at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Employers throughout the world also recognise CEP.

CEP is therefore an invaluable qualification for anyone who wants to work or study abroad, or to develop a career which requires language skills, including business, medicine, engineering and many other professions. CEP certificates are recognised by institutions of higher education in many other countries.
 

Gaining the CPE certificate demonstrates that learners have progressed beyond a good knowledge of vocabulary and grammar to actually using the language. Holders of this certificate are internationally recognised as having achieved a level the equivalent of an average native English speaker and are able to function effectively in almost any English-speaking context. Successful candidates will also demonstrate an appropriate level of educational and personal maturity
