This programme is for 12 to 17 year olds and takes place at Bede’s Dicker.

This is an intensive Dance and English tuition course and with 12.5 hours of English tuition and 17 hours of Dance tuition per week. Previous ballet experience is essential and a minimum level of English A1-A2. This is a two week course.

Dance

Classes in Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Pilates and Fitness.

Pointe, virtuosity & repetoire, specialist workshops and specially commissioned choreography by Bede's Legat Dance Teachers.

Performance of newly-created works to be shown in Miles Theatre the last friday afternoon of the course.

The Legat School of Dance offers vocational dance training and academic excellence. Auditions for the Legat full-time vocational programme by arrangement.

English

English Language lessons on 5 mornings per week with up to 14 students per class. Students will join the English Skills classes from the English Plus programme.

There are 8 levels from Complete Beginner (A0) to Proficiency (C2); students are placed considering the results of their entry test and their age.

Social Events & Excursions

A full programme of social events shared with Adventures in English students every evening, allowing students to develop their communication skills, forge friendships and have fun.

A full-day excursion on Saturdays (to London), a half-day excursion on Sunday and Wednesday trip are included.
