This course is designed for people looking for an opportunity to practise their English, enjoy interesting conversation, study a little, and enjoy the benefits of our complementary health programme to the full! It is fully residential here at Nab Cottage. The location is perfect, overlooking a small lake and surrounded by mountains. The walks, in all directions, are wonderful. The food is largely organic and vegetarian.
Small group classes for 15 hours a week with the emphasis on conversation, and a full complementary health programme which includes guided walks, hatha yoga sessions, yoga dance, mindfulness training, meditation, relaxation classes and massage workshops. No previous experience of yoga neccessary.
