Where better to learn and improve your English language skills than in the heart of England? GC has a long and successful heritage of teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL).
With a highly experienced and well-qualified team of EFL teachers, we offer you a range of classes depending on your needs and level of English.
All of our courses include tuition and course materials. Social activities and excursions to major cities are also organised, so that you can have a truly immersive British experience, even outside of the classroom.
Focusing on all areas of English: grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, writing and pronunciation.
IELTS / CAE Preparation
We prepare students to develop the language, confidence and exam technique skills to achieve IELTS or CAE success.
We are also a Cambridge authorised examination centre and offer the following Cambridge examinations: PET, FCE, CAE, CPE on site in December and June (subject to numbers).
- Full Time and Part Time courses available (up to 20.5 hours per week)
- Minimum Elementary level of English
- Minimum age of 16 (12 for closed groups)
Classes run Monday-Friday 09.00-13.00 and Wednesday 14.00-17.00. They cost £10 per hour (£35 for one General English class and £30 for one IELTS/CAE preparation class)
Full-time courses with exam preparation are 20.5 hours per week (from £187-£205 per week) and full-time courses without exam preparation are 17.5 hours per week (from £157-£175 per week). Prices vary depending on how long you study for.
