Success in this exam shows that students have the skills and strategies that are applicable to working in English in the tourism industry. Students taking the ETC Tourism English course will have the option to take this examination, after approximately eight weeks (depending upon each student’s progress).

Examination preparation work is intended to build and reinforce the practical working skills necessary for those wishing to work in tourism. Examination for the course is in two parts - written and SEFIC oral. Students will have to pay an additional entry fee if they wish to enter for the oral examination, which is of a more general Business English nature. These examinations are available on demand, which means that ETC can be flexible about course dates, although we would recommend that you contact ETC for up-to-date information before booking.
